New home construction: 2038 sq ft with 846 sq ft attached garage. This is the 2nd home we have constructed for these customers. The 1st home was for them and now this home is for their son and daughter-in-law. Come back to see the construction process.
Elevations for new home
Day 1 – 3: Now that the 9’foundation walls are poured it is time to start framing……… Installation of sill plates, floor joist, I beam and decking were on the agenda
Day 5 – 8: With the Floor joist and decking in place we move onto the framing of Exterior and Interior walls for the next 5 days
Day 9 – 12: Setting Trusses, installing plywood on the roof, Constructing and setting dormers, Shingling
Day 13 – 14: Drilling holes for Deck posts and Siding
